    • All alcohol laws arestrictly enforced.

    • No carry-in alcoholic beverages are allowed at any time.

    • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guests.

    • All guests must finish and dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting stadium property.

    • All guests purchasing alcohol, who appear to be less than 30 years old, must present a valid ID.

    • No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear to be intoxicated.

    • There is a two (2) beer limit, per transaction, at concession stands and portable concessions.

    • There is a two (2) beer limit, per person, by a roving vendor.

    • All packaged alcoholic beverages must be opened prior to offering to customers.

    • Alcohol sales on the concourses and in the seating areas will terminate immediately at the end the event.

    • NO minor alcohol consumption, even if accompanied by parents/guardians.

    • Offenses punishable by ARREST as determined by local law enforcement authorities: Underage drinking; False identification (attempting to use fake IDs); Disorderly or unsafe conduct.

  • Animals are not permitted in Bresse Stevens Field with the exception of service animals to aid guests with disabilities / support.

    While it is not necessary, we encourage guests with assistive animals to contact Breese Stevens Field in advance, at 608-622-1414, to allow for advanced planning to appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and service animal.

  • Baby changing stations are located in the primary Men’s and Women’s Restrooms, located to the left and right of the Festi al Foods Grill.

    The Forward Club hosts two (2) Gender Neutral Retrooms, each complete with a baby changing station and complimentary femnine sanitary products.

  • Small, personal clutches, purses, fanny packs, or CLEAR, PLASTIC / VINYL / PVC BAGS (up to 12” x 12” x 6”) are the ONLY bags allowed inside the stadium.

    *Bag policy subject to change.

  • Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct another guest’s view. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements and may not be hung off or affixed stadium structures without prior, written approval from BSF Mgmt.

    Signs on poles or sticks, or constructed of wood or metal material, are also not permitted.

    Management reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of stadium policy.

  • For all of those who love to Bike to Breese, bike parking is located around the perimeter of Breese Stevens Field, as well as a dedicated, indoor bike valet with a bike attendant located on E. Mifflin St.

    In a continued effort to increase accessibility and address parking issues, Breese Stevens Field encourages all event attendees to skip downtown vehicle parking and bike to all of the great events located at the stadium.

    BLANKETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT CONCERTS

    Blnkets are allowed at other events at Breese Stevens Field.

  • Compact Cameras are permitted inside Breese Stevens Field as long as their use does not interfere with the event or other guests’ enjoyment of the event.

    Video Cameras, tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks, go-pros, drones, laser pointers, and cameras with a lens longer than 3” (detachable or non-detachable) are prohibited inside Breese Stevsns Field, without prior written approval.

    Professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs) IS NOT allowed.

  • Items NOT Allowed:

    Due to the artificial turf at BSF, neither gum, seeds, candy, peanuts, smoking tobacco or smokeless tobacco are allowed on the field or in the stadium. 

    No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could inflict harm.

    Replica weapons ARE NOT allowed.

    Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances of any kind ARE NOT allowed.

    Carry-in alcohol IS NOT allowed.

    Umbrellas ARE NOT allowed.

    Outside food and alcoholic beverage IS NOT allowed.

    Chairs ARE NOT allowed.

    Animals/pets ARE NOT allowed, except specifically trained service animals.

    Personal video cameras, go-pros, selfie sticks, drones, laser pointers ARE NOT allowed.

    Professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs) IS NOT allowed.

    Poster tubes ARE allowed but are subject to event manager request and venue approval.

    All alcohol and narcotic laws ARE strictly enforced.

    All carry-in items will be subject to search prior to entry and all attendees will be required to go through metal detection.

    Blankets ARE NOT allowed at Concerts at Breese Stevens Field, but may be allowed at other events. Please, see event details for additional information.

    Items Allowed

    Small personal clutches, purses, fanny packs, or clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bags (up to 12” x 12” x 6”) are THE ONLY CARRY-IN BAGS ALLOWED. 

    Necessary medical bags and nursing bags (with a child) ARE allowed.

    One clear, factory sealed plastic water bottle/container up to 32 oz IS allowed. 

    Bleacher seat backs and seat cushions ARE allowed. 

    Due to safety and security concerns, Blankets ARE NOT allowed at concerts.

    Blankets ARE allowed at some non-Concert events. Please, see event details for additional information.

    Strollers ARE permitted but MUST NOT impede the experience of others. 

    • Do NOT use inappropriate or derogatory language or gestues.

    • NO fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures.

    • Entry into a restricted or unauthorized area or an area for which an individual does not have an appropriate ticket, pass or credential.

    • Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat.

    • Ticket scalping or the sale of tickets at any price on stadium property.

    • Trespassing, soliciting, peddling or loitering on stadium property.

    • Any disruption to the progress of the event by the individual’s actions.

    • Any action deemed dangerous or inappropriate.

    • Failure to comply with stadium personnel instructions.

    • Do NOT disrupt other attendees.

    • Do NOT throw any objects/items.

    • Always obey instructions of event staff and security personnel.

    • NO drinking games or card games.

    • Be able to safely control your behavior and physical movement at all times.

    • NO smoking or tobacco use of any kind.

    • Public safety is a primary objective.

    • No minor alcohol consumption, even if accompanied by parents/guardians.

    • Guests are encouraged to report issues and concerns to a nearby event staff member.

    USL Code of Conduct

    • In an effort to foster a safe and comfortable atmosphere, the following fan guidelines are instituted at all USL matches:

    • Fans will be respectful towards the players, staff, officials, and fellow fans.

    • Fans will refrain from displaying signs, symbols, images, using language, or any other actions that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including, but not limited to, on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation.

    • Fans will abide by both the venue and the USL Smoke Device Policy. Adherence to this policy includes only the use of approved devices, timing of use, locations, safety precautions, and users with signed waivers on file.

    • Fans will follow directions from venue staff regarding compliance with the Fan Code of Conduct, stadium policies, and emergency procedures.

    • Fans that consume alcohol will be of legal age and do so in a responsible fashion.

    • Fans will not behave in ways that are unruly, disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal in nature.

    • Fans will not fight or incite violence.

    • Fans will not damage property either inside or outside the venue.

    • Fans will not interfere with the progress of the match including entering the playing field or the surrounding area, throwing objects, including throwing objects on or towards the field or declining to promptly return a ball that has gone out of play.

    • Violation of the Fan Code of Conduct will result in sanctions as deemed applicable by the United Soccer League office and Member Club including but not limited to warnings, ejections, venue bans, removal of supporter privileges, or arrest.

  • Guests with a compliment, complaint or comment may express it in person at a Guest Services or via email to info@breesestevensfied.com.

  • All food & beverage transactions will be cashless. Major credit and debit cards, as well as mobile pay will be accepted.

    Food and Beverage menus may vary from event to event.

  • Use of unmanned and remote controlled aircraft systems (e.g., drones) at Breese Stevens Field without prior written consent, including its surrounding parking areas, is prohibited.

  • *Entry and exit points vary from event to event.

    GATE 1 will always be the primary entrance / exit for all public events at Breese Stevens Field. See general facility map HERE.

  • Access to the field is not permitted to guests of Breese Stevens Field at any time during sporting events (pre-game, during, or post-game) without the proper credentials.

  • First Aid Kits are available to guests upon request at the Ticket Office (near Gate 4) and a Guest Services (near Gate 1, when applicable).

    Breese Stevens Field will host on-site Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) with Automatic Emergency Defibrillators (AEDs), positioned throughout the stadium and ready to respond to emergencies, during all Concerts.

    Guests needing medical assistance are encouraged to contact a nearby event staff or security staff member.

    Menus and catering labels are printed with alergen infomation (Gluten, Dairy, Nuts, Vegan, Vegetarian).

  • Lost & Found is located in the Ticket Office (near Gate 4).

    If you realize that you have accidentally left an item at Breese Stevens Field, please contact us at info@breesestevensfield.com and we will check to see if it was turned in. Breese Stevens Field cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

    (Items are kept in the venue for up to 2 months after the event, when any unclaimed items are then donated to local charity.)

  • Lost children and guests should be taken to Guest Services, located just inside Gate 1.

    Parents looking for a lost child should check with the nearest event staff member or Guest Services.

    For safety reasons, Breese Stevens Field is unable to make stadium-wide announcements for lost children or guests.

  • The Flamboyance Team Store, the Official Merchandise Outlet for Forward Madison FC, Is open 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM every Wednesday and Friday.

  • WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

    Please, Respect Our Neighbors and Residential Areas when parking on residential streets.

    Cars cannot block any part of resident driveways.

    Out of consideration for our residential neighbors, parking on neighborhood streets north of East Washington Avenue is strongly discouraged.

    Free on-street parking is available in non-residential areas near the Sylvee.

    Please, Respect Our Neighbors and Residential Areas when parking on residential streets.

    We also recommend utilizing public transportation, taxi cabs, Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare services. For all of those who love to Bike to Breese, our indoor Bike Valet is accessible via E. Mifflin St.

  • Re-Entry is NOT permitted during Concerts at Breese Stevens Field.

    For some events, including FMFC matches, at Breese Stevens Field, re-entry is permitted. The guest must have his/her/their event ticket scanned out in order to be readmitted.

    Guests re-entering the stadium will be required to go through the security search process for a second time.

    Guests who leave the stadium and do not have their ticket scanned out will not be permitted to re-enter the stadium using the same ticket.

  • There are public restrooms conveniently located throughout the stadium. All public and portable restrooms are accessible to guests with mobility concerns.

    For larger events, Breese Stevens Field will host additional portapotties for overflow of guests. All units are gender neutral and ADA portapoties will be avilale wherever standard units are available.

  • Breese Stevens Field has a designated Rideshare Pick-Up and Drop-Off Zone located on E. Washington Ave, closest to the intersection at N. Paterson St.

    Street signs will clearly define thls area for all Lyft, Uber, Taxi, and other RideShare services.

    Please, utilitize ONLY this designated area for rideshare and, please, respect our neighbors and neighboring businesss while in the area.

  • Smoking is PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS OF THE STADIUM (this includes all smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaporizers).

    Smokers are to understand that there are no designated smoking / vaping areas inside Breese Stevens Field, nor is exit and re-entry allowed for smoking /vaping during concerts.

    During concerts at Breese Stevens Field, smoking will be permitted in the designated smoking area located outside Gate 3, near the Ticket Office.

    All narcotics laws will be strictly enforced anviolators may be subject to ejection.

  • Strollers are permitted at Breese Stevens Field. However, their use cannot inhibit guest movement, block any aisles, or impede the overall experience of other guests.

    Larger strollers can be cheked at the Bike Valet on E. Mifflin St. an picked up after the event

    The Breese Stevens Field Ticket Office, located near Gate 4, is open on event days for ticket resolution and ticket purchases when applicable.

    On event days, hours may vary and are determined to accommodate the needs of specific events.

    Please, call 608-204-0855 for Ticket Office hours related to a specific event.

  • Walkers and canes are allowed at Breese Stevens Field.

  • Water fountains throughout Historic Breese Stevens Field are turned off and not available for use at this time.

    However, a working, public water fountain can be found outisde the restrooms located under Section 104.

  • All events at Breese Stevens Field are "Rain or Shine", unless otherwise stated on the event page.

    If an event is to be delayed, postponed, or cancelled, we will notify all ticketholders via email and notify all potential guests via our Facebook page.

    Breese Stevens Field does not offer public Wi-Fi access at this time.

    Guests of the Forward Club may enjoy public Wi-Fi acccess. Please, see the brtender for the network password.

  • A limited number of wheelchairs are available for transporting guests from the gates to their stadium seating location. Guests are encouraged, but not required, to reach out to us in advance of your arrival to allow for quick assistance.

    Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchair if they need one for the duration of the game.

    Guests may arrange for wheelchair assistance by contacting an event staff member at any entrance.

    Guests needing assistance after the event should contact an event staff member, security personnel or visit Guest Services, located near Gate 1.

    Guests in Suite and Club areas should contact the hospitalty staff in their location to request a wheelchair escort or additional assistance.
